Резина мягкая и эластичная, во всяком случае пока. Про качество скотча ничего пока сказать не могу. Единственное, что не соответствует, так это длина. Заявлено 8м, а пришло почти 10 :). Очень надеюсь, что это не из расчета на усадку.
